Seunghoon Han is an editor of Amnesty Plus. She is currently a Saint Paul Preparatory Seoul student as a freshman. She hopes to spotlight neglected issues of Human rights violation, and her goal is to correct the misunderstanding of “feminism,” which is constantly being undermined by misandrists. Outside of Amnesty PLUS, Chloe is a student who loves to listen to music and watch movies.

As an editor of Amnesty PLUS, she is hoping to speak up about human rights issues, mainly focusing on gender inequality. Jaeha Chung is a passionate editor of Amnesty Plus. She is currently a freshman at Saint Paul Preparatory Seoul. She has a great interest in speaking out loud for human rights especially for the social minorities. She believes that a small courageous voice from the individual has the power to astound the entire society. As a member of Amnesty Plus, her goal is not only to alarm citizens to be aware of their community issues, but also to encourage them to be a part of the zealous movements. Regardless of the organization, Jaeha is an ambitious student who likes to challenge and overachieve beyond high school.

Lukas Kim is an editor of Amnesty Plus and he is currently attending St.Paul Preparatory school as a freshman. He joined Amnesty Plus in order to have his voice spread over the world. He believes that small perseverance can gather to make a huge difference like the butterfly effect. He is eager to write about contentious topics that take place and he is especially an avid writer about racism. His goal is to become a global speaker and become an influential person using this opportunity to speak as a group.

Marian Chu is the editor of Amnesty Plus. She is currently a freshman in Saint Paul Preparatory Seoul. She aims to elevate awareness on human rights issues, also exploring the inequalities in society and racial discriminations. Marian strives to represent the voice of positive changes on current social issues and to spread the words to correct the misunderstandings. Yubeen Lee

Yubeen Lee is an editor of Amnesty PLUS. She is currently a sophomore in Saint Paul Preparatory Seoul. With Amnesty PLUS, she anticipates raising attention in topics regarding human rights, including gender inequality, racial discrimination, and LGBTQ. Jiin Jung is an editor of Amnesty Plus. She is currently a junior attending Saint Paul Preparatory Seoul as a junior. With Amnesty PLUS, she pursues to raise awareness of the rights of social minorities, women, and children which are mostly hidden behind the veil today. She is willing to make known of these hidden news through Amnesty PLUS in different medias. Outside of Amnesty PLUS, Jiin loves basketball, fashion, and music.

Jungwook Hur is an editor of Amnesty PLUS. He is currently attending Saint Paul Preparatory Seoul as a sophomore. With Amnesty PLUS, he is looking forward to raising attention in human rights and ensuring rights of social minorities, of which most people are not aware. She is an optimistic and sociable student who likes to participate in many different fields. She is interested in human rights, especially racial discrimination. With Amnesty PLUS, she is willing to attain more attention in human rights and minorities to guarantee human rights for everyone. Believing that a small movement can bring huge results, she is looking forward to making the world treat everyone equally. Outside of Amnesty PLUS, Dokyung actively participates in music and volunteering.

Dongseon Kim

Dongseon Kim, who is a sophomore attending SPPS, is an editor of Amnesty PLUS. As a part of Amnesty PLUS, he wishes to achieve broader perspectives with fellow editors, accommodating other’s opinions on controversial topics regarding minorities in the society. Besides Amnesty PLUS, Dongseon takes a role in many competitions, such as the KBC and Embry Riddle business competition, to participate in something greater than mere student life.

Yurim Jin is one of the Editors in Amnesty Plus. She currently attends Korean Minjok Leadership Academy in 횡성, 강원도 as a freshman. Her role in the organization is to write about various issues regarding ‘rights’, whether it is about women, the poor, students, or even animals and nature. Her goal is to make everyone at least aware about the existing inequalities and problems we have to solve together. She believes that writing about rights is not the same thing as broadcasting a news or writing a simple article. It is about seeing the unseen, hearing the unheard. She hopes her writing in Amnesty PLUS contribute in making a world where the voices of every single person in this world receives proper attention and respect.

Chaewon Kang is an Editor of Amnesty Plus. She is currently a freshman at Korean Minjok Leadership Academy. She aims to enhance the voices of those minorities that needs to be heard, and raise awareness about the injustice in this world. She is particularly interested in the human right conflicts that come along with international relations, such as racism and refugees. She hopes to be able to use diverse platforms to gather attention about the disparity and discrimination that is prevalent in our society.

Hugo Cho is an editor of Amnesty Plus, currently attending KISJ as a Junior. Hugo isan energetic and positive individual who hopes to bring positive changes to modern society through the organization Amnesty Plus. In his free time, he likes to play games, just like any other ordinary teenager boy. Aside from that, Hugo also likes to play sports. Jeslyn Park is one of the editors of Amnesty PLUS. She is currently attending North London Collegiate School Jeju in Year 11. She is very interested in human’s rights, but especially in women and children’s rights. She is also passionate about various global issues which leads her to take part in MUN conferences. She is also a Junior School linker in the Global Awareness Committee in NLCS. So, she works with younger students in school. Her goal is to raise awareness as well as making real actions with students who will be leading the future society.

Tae Kyeong Hong is an editor of Amnesty PLUS. He is currently enrolled in Korea International School Pangyo Campus as a Junior. He has always been interested in the vision that Amnesty International projected and wishes to help the aforementioned vision become reality through working with Amnesty PLUS. Working with migrant industrial workers and having experience with delving into laws concerning such issues, he wishes to introduce new perspectives that may have gone unnoticed under the facade of mass media.

Her passion also lays in bringing more attention not only to human rights but also to animal rights issues.

Sandra Yu Min Lee is an editor of Amnesty PLUS. Currently a junior at Korean International School Pangyo, she hopes that her role as an editor contributes towards shaping increased recognition around social injustices that Amnesty PLUS advocates to combat. Having worked directly with members of the LGBTQ+ community and low-come teenagers in local Korean communities, Sandra is a passionate advocate for humans rights and sincerely hopes for greater change through working with Amnesty PLUS.

Sarah Seo is one of the editors of Amnesty PLUS. Currently, she is a sophomore at Chadwick International. Her role in the organization is to investigate, research, and share issues and topics regarding human rights. Through Amnesty PLUS, Sarah seeks to be the voice for the underprivileged communities whose voices cannot be heard, to reach out help up those who are oppressed, to stand together with those who are alone, and to fight for those who are unable to fight for themselves. Channeling her passion in writing, she hopes to raise awareness and shed light and insight on issues that are obscure yet lurking in the community.

Elizabeth Noh, or Ellie, is an editor of Amnesty PLUS. She is currently a sophomore attending Korea International School, Pangyo. She is passionate against racial discrimination and LGBTQ+ hate, and wishes to help educate others about social issues that plague the world today and in the future. He is interested in economics and collate history with the present as he likes the relationships between the past and present. June Paek is a sophomore enrolled in Saint Paul Preparatory Seoul. She firmly believes that we can realize equality if different citizens in the global community can sympathize with each other through the dissemination of information. As an editor of Amnesty Plus, June is highly motivated to write articles about topics including—but not restricted to—Asian voice, rights of the elderly, mental health treatment, and feminism. Her utmost dream is to understand the human psyche via actively learning and sharing awareness of human rights issues and the people involved in them. Outside of Amnesty PLUS, June is an ardent lover of psychology, art, foreign languages, and chemistry.

Alex Park is an editor of Amnesty PLUS. He is currently attending Korea International School Jeju as a sophomore. His goal as an editor is to promote inclusiveness in all communities involving himself and shed light on human rights issues that established NGOs have neglected or dismissed in the past. Alex hopes to utilize Amnesty PLUS to understand and address the rising tensions surrounding human rights in the field of professional sports in particular, for which he has been cultivating a passion since his early years of life.

Gunhee Lee is an editor of Amnesty Plus. He currently attends Saint Paul Preparatory Seoul as a freshman. He acts in accordance with the charters of the United Nations to achieve equality among all. He primarily intends to achieve this through the reduction of information asymmetry. By improving the accessibility of information, he wishes to create a world where one cannot exploit another with knowledge
